A) Lightweight
The lightweight model is a 3 ¾"-4 ½" field
knife. Designed to be full strength and light weight, it is well
suited for hunting, camping, or hiking. Holes in the 5160 forged
blade and lightweight wood/cork handle combine to create a unique
knife for the outdoorsman. With no exposed metal in the handle it
is warm in the hand and an excellent cold weather hunter. Designed
with a light weight handle, balance is slightly blade heavy. Available
in dropped or clip point.

B) Drop Point Hunters
I call this model an ABS contemporary drop point hunter. The blade
is 3 3/4"- 4 ½". This is an exceptional design
for field dressing large game. Handle design accommodates all hand
sizes. Balance is kept at or slightly behind the guard.

C) #1 Hunters
With a classic 4 ½"-6" clip point, this is my personal
choice for a hunting and camping knife. Equally at home dressing
game or cutting up the evening meal, a great general outdoors knife.
The handle is designed to keep your hand locked in place even when
wet. I have gotten an fantastic response to this handle design at
shows. Balance is at or near the guard.

D) Fighters
My fighter is my own design, admittedly influenced by Joe Flournoy's
award winning designs, My Randall #1, and Walter Brends model
2. Available with 7"-9" blade and 2 handle styles. This
knife is a light, fast handling, very sharp fighter, with a fine
edge. It is not a combat/survival knife for opening crates. This
knife can be made with a thicker edge and single guard to produce
a larger camp knife.

E) Bowie/Camp
The bowie/camp knife has a large but not heavy blade and comfortable
handle designed for general use and light chopping. Blade is forged
from .262" x 1 ½" 5160. It is tough, sharp, and fast.
The guard has a slight 'S' curve, and the handle has a generous palm
swell. |
